Longview Regional Medical Center is proud to recognize and honor team members for their incredible contributions to providing exceptional, compassionate care to patients, visitors and others. Patients and their families are invited to acknowledge and appreciate a nurse or other caregiver at Longview Regional Medical Center by nominating them for the DAISY Award and the BEE Awards.
The DAISY Award® for Extraordinary Nurses honors the superhuman work nurses do for patients and families every day. Nurses are honored for their extraordinary acts of compassion at a ceremony that is held each quarter. Patients and their families can nominate nurses for the award. Please take the time to share your story of what your nurse has meant to you, and your nurse may be selected to receive this meaningful recognition.
DAISY Award honorees personify Longview Regional Medical Center's remarkable patient experience. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in the nursing community.

The BEE Award recognizes care team members (non-nurse) for Being Exceptional Everyday (BEE). Just as the daisy relies on the bee, nurses and patients rely on the teamwork by support care team professionals. The BEE award is presented quarterly to care team members who embody Longview Regional Medical Center's "expect excellence" mission statement and provide extraordinary care that goes above and beyond their daily duties to make an impact on the lives of patients, visitors and each other.
