Longview Regional Medical Center was founded in 1980 to broaden local healthcare services to a growing East Texas population. Now, more than 27 years later, the hospital nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas has evolved into a Regional Medical Center offering advanced technology and medical expertise comparable to that found in large metropolitan areas.

Presently, the 133-bed medical center offers a full range of services, and prides itself in offering many of the community’s first, most innovative treatments.

The nurses of Longview Regional have built a reputation of having friendly, caring attitudes toward their patients. More than 200 nursing services employees specialize in many disciplines including Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatrics, Intermediate Care, Emergency Intensive Care and Surgery.
